Jana is by far the best agent anyone could ask for. We were in a situation with a shady owner financing deal and not only did she educate us on where we went wrong with trusting that lender, finding a real estate atty after we realized we would have to sue, BUT even more.impressive - she was able to keep a deal alive with our buyers for over 9 months while we had to deal with the courts. In the end we sold our old house, got money back from the shady lender, and Jana was able to help us STILL find a fantastic deal on a 5 bedroom home even after I was laid off last minute and we had to do a deal on just one income. Through 11 total months of absolute craziness she kept everything from falling apart and got us into a remodeled and safe home that we could comfortably afford, and most importantly out of a bad deal with our old house that could have cost us tens of thousands of dollars over the course of our loan. Don't hesitate to hire her. She's brilliant and has a hell of a network of amazing people.
