This program gives you the ability to rent the home you want to own while working on becoming mortgage eligible. It's for people that are ready to be a homeowner but either due to some issue cannot qualify at the moment or choose not to. Maybe the issue is a credit score, recent divorce, or income verification challenges. Regardless, Berry-Rock Homes purchases the home that you want to own, then leases it to you until you are ready to purchase the home and you can exercise your right to purchase at any time.
