Rent the home you want to own while working on becoming mortgage eligible.
It's for people that are ready to be a homeowner but either due to some issue cannot qualify at the moment or choose not to. Maybe the issue is a credit score, recent divorce, or income verification challenges. Regardless, Berry-Rock Homes purchases the home that you want to own, then leases it to you until you are ready to purchase the home and you can exercise your right to purchase at any time.
If you have to live somewhere while you become mortgage eligible, it might as well be in the home you want to own!
HOW THE RENT-TO-OWN PROGRAM WORKS
For a lot of people, owning your own home is harder now than its ever been. In fact, 43% of mortgage applicants were denied last year. 👀 We're on a mission to fix that.

FAQ's
To help you make informed decisions, we've compiled answers to some of the most commonly asked questions.
Do I get credit for the Option Consideration?
Your 7% Option Consideration will get credited to you once you obtain your mortgage. Berry-Rock collects it within 3 days of putting a contract on the home you select. If it is not funded within 3 days of the contract we will automatically cancel the contract and you will be ineligible to go through our program with another house. Due to this policy please be sure to have all funds available for your 7% Option Consideration at the time Berry-Rock places an offer on your home. Once you become mortgage eligible and purchase the home back from Berry-Rock it counts as earnest money with the Guaranteed Right to Purchase.
